Do I qualify to participate?

If you hold a valid Realtor's license within your state of residency, you are welcome to participate.

AcreGrow employees are not eligible to participate.

How do a schedule a tour?

You can contact us to schedule a tour or we can work directly with your client to schedule a tour.

We prefer it if you can attend with your client but we understand that's not always feasible. If you can't attend we can still do a tour!

What's the commission per referral?

The commission per referral is anywhere from 5-10%. Contact us for details. The total lease is calculated net of concessions.

How do I claim my referral?

You fill out the form here and provided the client enters into a lease, moves in, and is in good standing 30 days after move in, we will send you payment. Payment is handled through our property management portal (we prefer to pay via ACH) and you will be sent a link to enter your payment details and W-9 Form.
